Refund Policy


Rossland Millan offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee starting at the date the item was delivered to you. After 30 days we cannot refund your item. If you would like to request a refund within the days as posted, email us at with the reason of the refund and video-graphic/photographic proof upon request.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or Missing Refunds  
If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, check your bank account. 
Next, contact your credit card company (and as an extra step contact your bank) There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. 

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If your product is defective or damaged send us an email at with video-graphic/photographic proof of the damaged or defective product; we will fully examine the product and notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

If the reason for an exchange is not the reasons listed above, we CANNOT exchange the product once the tracking number has been given to you.
